Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans (DFSP)

Firm nodules under the skin with reddish-brown discoloration overlying it.

Slow-growing but invasive into surrounding tissues if untreated.

Low-grade malignant tumor originating from dermal fibroblasts.

Wide local excision with clear margins is standard treatment to prevent recurrence (~10%).
