Hamartomas
Irregularly shaped growth composed of mixed tissue types (e.g., fat and nerves).
Symptoms depend on location and size; may cause functional impairment.
Rare benign overgrowth of normal tissue components in abnormal proportions/location in the hand/fingers.
Excision for symptomatic cases only; recurrence is rare (<5%).
