Myxomas

Gelatinous consistency with slow growth; often deep-seated near tendons/joints.

Typically asymptomatic unless compressing nearby structures like nerves.

Rare benign connective tissue tumor composed of myxoid material (gel-like substance).

Surgical removal if symptomatic or diagnostic uncertainty exists. Recurrence rate: ~5-10%.
