Soft, rubbery mass; may be solitary or multiple (associated with NF1).
Pain or neurological symptoms if causing nerve compression.
Benign nerve tumor that can grow along peripheral nerves; may be genetic (NF1-related).
Excision for symptomatic cases. Recurrence rate: ~10-15%.
