Tenosynovial Giant Cell Tumors
Firm, localized swelling near tendons; may grow over time.
Pain, reduced range of motion, and joint stiffness in affected area.
Benign tumor originating from tendon sheath; can be localized or diffuse.
Surgical excision is typical. Recurrence rate: 10-30%, higher for diffuse type.
