Nodular Fasciitis
Rapidly growing soft tissue mass with firm consistency on palpation.
May cause mild pain or discomfort depending on location and size of lesion.
Benign reactive proliferation of fibroblasts often mistaken for sarcoma due to rapid growth pattern.
Complete surgical excision is curative in most cases. Recurrence rate: <1%.
